1. Services

Chagas Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and Airbnb/rental turnover services.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on home size, condition, and specific requirements. By submitting a quote request, you agree to be contacted via phone call or SMS text message to discuss your cleaning needs.

Appointments are confirmed once both parties agree on date, time, and scope of service. A valid phone number is required for all bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment: no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: a $50 cancellation fee may apply
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card

6. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Chagas Cleaning, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your cleaning service appointments. This includes:

  • Quote confirmations and responses
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service completion notifications
  • Scheduling updates

Opt-out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL at any time to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Liability

Chagas Cleaning carries liability insurance. We take utmost care in handling your property. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of the completed service with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
